No amount paid on manage customers

Hi,

I'm really new to Simple Invoices, but am loving what I see.

However, when I deleted the test data, I renumbered my 2 clients, got the invoices to work, but now that I'm entering payments, total paid is 0 - for a while I had one customer getting all the payments.

I know I messed something up, but what? would it help to export my database - editing out pertinent info?
