LiveSearch!! Where the ehll is it?

Okay so I've been trying to set up a live search to search the customers field but I've had trouble getting one installed in the layout how I want it.

However, after reading the changelog here I found the following...

2006-07-20

* Live search aka search as you type added into the 'Manage' screens

So my questions is....

Where is the Live search form because I can't find it anywhere??
